Product Description

COMPOSITION: 1 ml of the vaccine contains:

Strains of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae:

Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotype 2, strain 9 ……………… ≥ 5,0 log2 (*) Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotype 9, strain 4 ……………… ≥ 5,0 log2 (*) Pasteurella multocida serotype D, strain Pm 24 ………………………….. ≥ 15 ELISA units

(**) (*) Mean titre of agglutination antibodies after vaccination in rabbits. (**) Mean titre of ELISA antibodies after vaccination in chicken.

INDICATIONS:

For active immunization of pigs against pleuropneumonia caused by Actinobacillus and against pasteurelosis in pigs.
Onset of immunity: full immunity starts 21 days after last administration Duration of immunity: minimum 6 months is suggested by serum antibody level recorded.

DOSAGE:

Pigs: weaned piglets. For intramuscular use (deep into the neck muscle).
Vaccine dose: 2 ml

Weaned piglets are vaccinated at the age of 7-8 weeks, second vaccination is performed 14-21 days after the first vaccination.
With respect to the epizootological situation, it is possible to vaccinate piglets from the age of 5 weeks with subsequent booster vaccination 2 weeks after the first injection.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not use in animals ill or suspected from any disease.

PRESERVATION:

Store refrigerated (+2°C to + 8°C) Protect from light and frost.
Shelf-life after first opening the immediate packaging is 10 hours.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not use after the expiry date which is stated on the label.
