In poultry:
Treatment of Chronic Respiratory Disease (CRD), infectious sinusitis, and respiratory infections associated with Mycoplasma gallisepticum.
Supportive treatment of secondary infections caused by susceptible bacteria.
In pigs:
Treatment of enzootic pneumonia associated with Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.
Treatment of swine dysentery caused by Brachyspira hyodysenteriae.
Supportive treatment of ileitis caused by Lawsonia intracellularis.

Poultry: 6 g per 100 kg of body weight per day for 3–5 days.
Pigs: 2–7 g per 100 kg of body weight per day for 3–10 days.
