VETEGLAN 0.075 mg/ml is a veterinary hormonal preparation containing d-cloprostenol, a synthetic analogue of prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α). It is commonly used for reproductive management, estrus synchronization, and the management of reproductive disorders in livestock, particularly cattle and sows.

The product acts directly on the corpus luteum, helping regulate the estrous cycle, improve reproductive performance, and optimize herd management in modern livestock production.

• d-Cloprostenol: 0.075 mg/ml
  (Equivalent to 0.079 mg of d-cloprostenol sodium)

Benefits and Indications

VETEGLAN 0.075 mg/ml is indicated for the following conditions:

• Induction of estrus and estrus synchronization within a herd.
• Ovarian dysfunction associated with persistent corpus luteum.
• Failure to return to estrus after parturition, silent estrus, and irregular reproductive cycles.
• Metritis and endometritis.
• Mummified fetus and fetal death, where indicated.
• Postpartum uterine contractility disorders and delayed uterine involution.
• Induction and assistance of parturition when clinically indicated by a veterinarian.

Dosage and Administration

• Route of administration: Intramuscular injection.

Reference dosage:

• Cows: 2 ml per animal
  (Equivalent to 150 µg of d-cloprostenol per animal)
• Sows: 1 ml per animal
  (Equivalent to 75 µg of d-cloprostenol per animal)

The dosage and timing of administration should be adjusted according to the animal's reproductive condition and the advice of a veterinarian.
